{"abstract":"This study investigated public school teachers' perceptions of the extent of instructional supervision implemented by school heads and whether these perceptions varied based on teachers’ length of experience, educational attainment, and teaching position. A descriptive-correlational design was employed, with a sample of 121 public school teachers from Claveria, Misamis Oriental, selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire adapted from Comighud et al. (2020), covering demographic information and perceptions of instructional supervision across five aspects: Concept and Purpose, Planning and Preparations, Organization and Implementation, Dialogue and Discussion, and Satisfaction and Evaluation. Descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, and ANOVA were used for data analysis. Findings indicated that most respondents were in the middle stages of their careers, many in entry-level positions, and over half had pursued graduate studies. Instructional supervision was perceived as implemented to a very high extent overall, with the highest ratings for Concept and Purpose (mean = 4.48) and Dialogue and Discussion (mean = 4.41). Planning and Preparations received a lower score (mean = 4.12). Experienced teachers showed different expectations in Concepts and Purpose, but no significant differences were found in perceptions of Organization and Implementation.
