{"abstract":"This study focuses on improving the quality of the grade school CLE synchronous class experience by incorporating Padlet into the closure part of the lesson. It examines the effectiveness of using Padlet in a 3-to-5 minute closure activity, specifically regarding the frequency and quality of pupils' responses to closure questions, how it improves pupil-to-teacher interaction, and how pupils view their learning experience. Data were gathered and analyzed through Observation Forms, a Survey Questionnaire, and a Focus Group Discussion. The findings indicated good feedback on using Padlet, displaying a High and Moderate degree of participation that reflects pupil engagement and led students to want their teachers to continue using Padlet in future class discussions. All participant responses were relevant in varying degrees of Fair, Good, and Very Good. Additionally, pupils were Moderately Familiar with Padlet, found it Moderately Accessible, and Moderately Preferred Padlet. Themes identified from the Focus Group Discussion were Intuitiveness, Facilitates Expression, Accessibility, and Efficiency.","abstract_source":"gemini_shortened","authors":["Fanny Mae Mobida","Karen Samante","Joy Rebusto","Gee Marriel Gaputan","Vanessa Mae Engcong","Bernadette Olaer"],"date":"2022-07-18","doi":"10.5281/zenodo.6852550","id":418,"issue":1,"journal":{"issn":"2822-4353","name":"Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal"},"pdf_sha256":"44a8da8760508534693c598c74d018156b2ea156e076871a4b319687ebf8279d","schema":"scimatic-article/1","title":"Interactive Closure Activity via Padlet in Grade School CLE Synchronous Class","volume":3}
