{"abstract":"This study used a descriptive-survey design to determine the challenges and strategies in implementing e-learning among 82 senior high school teachers in the District of Botolan. The teachers, predominantly female, in early adulthood, married, with MA/MS units, and Teacher I positions, strongly agreed on technological, organizational, and domestic challenges. They reported “Always Using” technological and organizational support strategies. Significant differences were found in technological challenges based on sex, civil status, and years in service, and in domestic challenges based on civil status. Technological strategies showed significant differences based on age, highest educational attainment, position, and years in service, while organizational support strategies differed significantly by civil status. No significant difference was found in overall strategies or challenges, but a significant relationship existed between challenges and strategies.
