Motivated educators are more likely to encourage their students to study while in the classroom, to assure the implementation of educational innovations, and to have feelings of pleasure and satisfaction in their own lives. Further, this study investigates the factors affecting the teacher's job satisfaction in public secondary school, specifically: (1) the satisfaction and dissatisfaction levels of teachers; and (2) the significant difference in the teachers' levels of satisfaction when grouped according to sex, age, educational attainment, academic discipline.
