The material was designed to align with third-quarter Biotechnology competencies, aiming to improve learners' performance. A quasi-experimental design was employed to assess the level of performance before and after exposure to the material. The material's validity was confirmed by master teachers, science instructors, and professors. Pretest and posttest results were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test. Data showed an improvement in learner performance, moving from “Average” to \"High\" verbal interpretations after exposure to the material. The t-test revealed a significant difference in the level of performance of Grade 8 learners before and after using the digital interactive supplementary material.
