Data were collected via a validated 4-point Likert scale survey-questionnaire administered online and analyzed using Percentage, Weighted Mean, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and ANOVA at 5% alpha. A positive significant correlation was found between happiness portrayal and self-efficacy, indicating that increased happiness corresponds to greater demonstration of administrative competencies based on the Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads. Significant variations in happiness portrayal were observed when school heads were grouped by age, civil status, designation, and highest educational attainment. Similarly, significant variations in overall self-efficacy were noted based on age, designation, and highest educational attainment. To enhance happiness, enjoyable activities like team building, happy hour, and mindfulness are recommended.
