{"abstract":"This descriptive survey study determined the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) utilized by 163 public elementary school administrators from 12 municipalities in the 3rd Congressional District of Quezon. A questionnaire checklist was used to gather data. Results showed that the level of preparation in computer technology use was proficient (weighted mean = 3.27). The availability of computer hardware in school administration had a mean of 1.92, and the use of computer technology as part of administrative work had a mean of 1.82. The application of ICT in school as part of administrative work had a mean of 3.75, while the use of technology in administrative work had a mean of 3.48. The extent of ICT utilization's impact on administrators was high across several areas: knowledge and skills (mean = 4.36), application (mean = 4.34), communication (mean = 4.40), and other concerns (mean = 4.38). The impact of ICT utilization was accepted according to age, civil status, designation, and years of experience, as all significance values were higher than 0.05.
