{"abstract":"This descriptive-correlational study investigated the relationship and influence of environmental factors on job satisfaction among bank personnel in Midsayap, the only established municipality in the PPALMA area of North Cotabato. Using a purposive sampling technique, the study focused on bank personnel, acknowledging that findings may have limited generalizability. Environmental factors, as independent variables, included relationship with supervisor, relationship with co-workers, job security, human resource policy, and health. Job satisfaction, the dependent variable, was measured by salary, environmental policy, job security, work environment, and supervision. The majority of respondents were females aged 30 and below with less than five years of work experience. Findings indicated that respondents were satisfied with their working environment, which fostered healthy working relationships.
