It is a quantitative research study that makes use of descriptive design which looks into the current situation and relationship of school principal leadership style and teachers’ performance Descriptive statistics was utilized to the data gathered from research instrument entitled “Survey Questionnaire on School Principal Leadership Style and Teachers’ Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR)”.
