{"abstract":"This study investigated the correlation between stakeholders' involvement in school strategic planning, implementation commitment, and school performance in last mile schools located in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas. A descriptive survey and correlational method were used to gather perceptions from 353 participants in the division of Rizal, comprising 19 school leaders, 154 teachers, 90 local government unit officers, and 90 parents. Data were analyzed using mean, weighted mean, t-test, and Pearson r. Internal stakeholders perceived their involvement in school strategic planning, concerning Enhanced Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan dimensions, to be at a Very High Extent, with no significant difference in perceptions between internal and external stakeholders. The level of commitment to implementing the School Strategic Plan was also perceived as Very High by both internal and external stakeholders, though a significant difference existed in their perceptions of commitment. Last mile school performance was at a marginal level. A weak correlation was found between stakeholders' involvement in school strategic planning and school performance in terms of enrollment rate, dropout rate, and completion rate.","abstract_source":"gemini_shortened","authors":["Avelina Gulac"],"date":"2023-07-30","doi":"10.5281/zenodo.8196739","id":1697,"issue":5,"journal":{"issn":"2822-4353","name":"Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal"},"pdf_sha256":"5386fbd31f6952013192764fd7f0498ac3901dfa28f1cb768278123ac8f0a9e8","schema":"scimatic-article/1","title":"Stakeholders’ Involvement in School Strategic Planning as Correlate of Implementation Commitment and School Performance: Inputs for Enhanced Intervention Program","volume":11}
