The experimental study involved 90 respondents (30 Junior High School students, 30 Food Technology Senior High School students, and 30 TLE Teachers) from Antipolo City Senior High School and Bagong Nayon II National High School during the School Year 2022-2023. Data were gathered using a researcher-developed and expert-validated survey questionnaire, employing a 9-Point Hedonic Scale for acceptability and a 5-Point Likert Scale for marketability. Weighted mean, One Factor ANOVA, and Tukey Pairwise Comparison were used for data analysis. Results showed that all three proportions of MSP String Chips were evaluated as \"Very Acceptable\" by all respondent groups (Junior High School students, Senior High School students, and Teachers) in terms of Appearance, Aroma, Taste, and Texture, with no significant differences in their acceptability evaluations.
