The self-directed learning system provides context- based learning with video recorded sign language interpreter on MIL subject for Students with hearing impairment. The system provides a pre-test and post -test assessment with prediction algorithm using decision tree learning. The system predicts the learner’s status and provides learners progress reports.The system was developed using PHp, HTML, CSS, Javascript and My Sql. The system was evaluated by Three (3) IT Experts using SQuaRE Quality Model with the overall mean score of 3.88 which interpreted as “Very good” in terms of quality. It was also evaluated by selected two SPED Teacher, eight SPED Students and three (3) Quality Assurance Specialist using Evaluation sheet for general reference materials from DepEd with an overall mean score of 34.65 which means that the system is “PASSED” in general reference material evaluation.
