{"abstract":"This study assessed the level of practice of using constructivist, integrative, collaborative, reflective, and inquiry-based pedagogical approaches in teaching diverse learners in Laoac District, Pangasinan Schools Division II for SY 2021 – 2022. It examined respondents' profiles, the extent of teachers' use of these strategies, and statistically significant differences and associations between profile characteristics and reported strategy use. Data analysis employed average weighted means (AWM), frequency counts (f), percentages (%), analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Pearson product-moment correlation. The study found that several pedagogical strategies for educating diverse learners were “Practiced,” with a GOWM of 4.48. There were no significant disparities in the use of different pedagogical tactics among public elementary school teachers when dealing with children from varied backgrounds. Consequently, the profile characteristics of the teacher responses do not affect the extent to which pedagogical strategies are used while instructing different learners. Age, the highest level of education, and the number of relevant training sessions attended by public elementary school teachers correlate strongly with their profile traits. The study recommends that public elementary school teachers pursue Ph.D.s and continue professional development through seminars and workshops to enhance their skills with diverse learners.","abstract_source":"gemini_shortened","authors":["Nick Agpasa","Narciso Rabara","Dr. Jeger P.
