{"abstract":"This descriptive-correlational study investigated the coping strategies and stress levels of secondary teachers in Malasiqui District II, Pangasinan I division during the COVID-19 pandemic, utilizing Google Forms for data collection. The respondent-teachers were predominantly married, aged 26-35, held Master’s degrees, had 5 years or less teaching service, and were Teacher I with three or fewer seminars/trainings attended. The study found that teachers' coping strategies across physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects were highly effective. A significant relationship was observed between teachers' coping strategies and their profile variables, specifically age, civil status, position, and number of years teaching. Similarly, a significant difference existed in coping strategies based on these same teacher profile variables: age, civil status, position, and number of years teaching. It is recommended that teachers continue their studies and attend more seminars to enhance their knowledge and skills for unexpected situations. Schools should develop programs to help teachers sustain their abilities in facing future pandemics, and professional development programs should be institutionalized to address consistent sources of teacher stress.
