{"abstract":"This study investigated the educational management practices of secondary school administrators in Pangasinan Province during the 2020–2021 School Year, focusing on core behavioral and leadership competencies. The research examined respondent profiles (age, sex, educational attainment, years as administrator, teachers supervised, training, and OPCRF rating) and the extent of their management practices. Statistical measures included frequency counts, percentages, average weighted means, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson Product Moment of Coefficient Correlation. Key findings revealed that 37% (81) of respondents were aged 31-40. The extent of educational management practices was rated “Very Extensive,” with overall weighted means ranging from 4.47 to 4.58 and a grand overall weighted mean of 4.51. Conclusions indicated that school administrators varied widely in profile, were distinctively female-led, and their management practices were influenced by their highest educational attainment and the number of relevant training sessions attended at division and regional levels. Recommendations include pursuing doctoral degrees, professional upgrading through higher-level training and workshops, and elevating capabilities for excellent, innovative, and transformative management practices.
