{"abstract":"This descriptive-quantitative and correlational study investigated Third Industrial Revolution (TIRE) practices among school heads in Nueva Ecija, using a questionnaire-checklist. Most principals were 40 years old, married, female, and held Principal IV positions, with 6-10 years of experience. Younger principals focused on relationship building, while older ones emphasized tasks. Most respondents had acquired necessary job trainings and worked in big barangay schools. TIRE practices in technology utilization, learning approaches, and skills development were rated as “often” and “highly extensive.” Significant differences were found between TIRE practices and variables such as rank (technology utilization), national level (technology utilization), type of school (technology utilization and skills development), and classification (learning modalities). However, age, sex, civil status, and highest educational attainment showed no significant difference with TIRE practices. Age, national level, and international level had significant relationships with TIRE practices in learning approaches and technology utilization. Other variables like sex, civil status, highest educational attainment, rank, length of service, school level training, division level, and classification showed no significant relationship with TIRE practices.","abstract_source":"gemini_shortened","authors":["Paulina Baguisi","Domingo Cabarteja"],"date":"2023-07-09","doi":"10.5281/zenodo.8127393","id":1565,"issue":6,"journal":{"issn":"2822-4353","name":"Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal"},"pdf_sha256":"4944e8fe76c7b1be5123bff78f78327fa8dadb424feaf275ea44837df10e9969","schema":"scimatic-article/1","title":"Third Industrial Revolution Practices Among School Heads in the Province of Nueva Ecija","volume":10}
