{"abstract":"This mixed-methods study assessed the compliance of schools in the District of Boac North with guidelines for reopening face-to-face learning, focusing on general guidelines, COVID-19 prevention, and monitoring and evaluation. Data were collected from 198 teachers, 4,061 learners, 19 barangay captains, and 19 Barangay Health Workers. The findings indicate that schools were fully compliant with general guidelines for face-to-face learning, including alignment to BEDP. No significant difference was found in compliance levels to DepEd Order 34 s 2022 based on school head designation or school size, suggesting mandatory and standard compliance. Overall, the selected schools achieved full compliance with implementation guidelines across general contexts, disease prevention, and monitoring. The primary challenge identified was limited health supplies and resources. Schools generally coped by sourcing learning tools and strengthening stakeholder collaboration.
