Utilizing a descriptive developmental research design and the ADDIE model, the study focused on seven least mastered competencies identified by the researcher. Ten experts from the Division of Quezon, comprising 4 Science teachers, 3 English teachers, and 3 Graphic Design NCIII holders, evaluated the materials using a validated survey questionnaire. The development process took eight weeks, costing Php 8,720.00. Validation results showed high ratings across all criteria: Adequacy (grand mean 4.50, “very much valid”), Coherence (mean 4.42, “very much valid”), Appropriateness (mean 4.28, “very much valid”), and Usefulness (mean 4.68, “very much valid”).
