Utilizing a quantitative research design, the study employed descriptive statistical tools such as weighted mean, Pearson r, Chi-Square, and ANOVA. A survey questionnaire was administered to 31 multi-grade teachers. The findings indicated an insignificant relationship between teachers' profiles and their level of teaching practices. Furthermore, there was an insignificant degree of correlation between teachers' 21st-century teaching skills practices and pupils' academic performance. The analysis of variance in 21st-century skills practices showed that no two schools in the district met the significance level of 0.05, with all school data results being above this level. The study concluded that computer-generation learners require teachers who can foster a learning environment that develops 21st-century skills.
