{"abstract":"This study determined stakeholders’ insights at Kasiglahan Village Elementary School in Rodriguez, Rizal, using a descriptive method with systematic survey checklist analysis. Respondents were internal and external stakeholders from Public Elementary Schools, selected via simple random sampling. Data on school profiles, including enrolment, performance indicators, SBM level, faculty size, and class size, were analyzed through systematic description and implications, showing constant improvement over three years. Stakeholders’ insights on human resources, management and services, and physical resources and environment were gathered using a questionnaire checklist, with average means computed for verbal interpretation. Internal and external stakeholders strongly agreed they were satisfied with the school's services. Average means for internal and external stakeholders were 4.61 and 4.65 for Physical Resources; 4.50 and 4.53 for Management and Services; and 4.53 and 4.37 for Physical Resources and Environment. Identified problems were insufficient learning materials and untidy comfort rooms, with solutions including teacher resourcefulness and proper toilet training for learners. The study concludes that Public Elementary Schools are progressive, maintain better performance by being responsive to needs, and stakeholders have favorable insights and are cooperative in school operations, offering ready solutions to management problems.","abstract_source":"gemini_shortened","authors":["Ruby Chezka Villarey"],"date":"2023-03-17","doi":"10.5281/zenodo.7746158","id":1087,"issue":7,"journal":{"issn":"2822-4353","name":"Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal"},"pdf_sha256":"d5520dbb0e9f22bda373af98652dfb13c1347b56847414fe5d60ad67b6c2f731","schema":"scimatic-article/1","title":"Stakeholders’ Insights at Kasiglahan Village Elementary School","volume":7}
