{"abstract":"This study investigated the levels of sleep quality, work-life balance, and job satisfaction, and their interrelationships, among radiologic technologists in selected private hospitals in Laguna. Utilizing a descriptive-correlational design, data were collected from 55 registered radiologic technologists via a self-developed, validated, and pretested questionnaire with strong reliability. Data analysis involved weighted mean and Pearson correlation. The findings indicated high levels of sleep quality, work-life balance, and job satisfaction among the respondents. No significant relationship was found between sleep quality and work-life balance, nor between sleep quality and job satisfaction. However, a significant relationship was observed between work-life balance and job satisfaction. These results align with Gómez-García et al. (2024), who found no significant influence of sleep quality on job satisfaction among healthcare professionals, and Sarmad and Pakhtoonkhwa (2022), who reported higher job satisfaction with better work-life balance. The study suggests that work-life balance is a more influential factor for job satisfaction than sleep quality.
